Moderation & Fair Play

How DeltaCrown handles reports, abuse reviews, sanctions, disputes, proof evidence, and operator escalation across the competitive ecosystem.

Fair competition

Operators can review cheating, exploit abuse, match manipulation, proof fraud, and competitive mode abuse.

Community safety

Reports can cover harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, impersonation, scams, and repeated targeted abuse.

Traceable review

Evidence, dispute notes, proof files, account history, team roles, and wallet records may be considered during review.

How reports work

Reports can arrive through support, dispute flows, Match Room activity, Mission proof review, Bounty claims, Dropzone scoring, tournament operations, or admin review queues. The clearest reports include usernames, team names, match or proof references, screenshots, video links, and a short timeline.

What operators may review

Platform records

Account, team, tournament, Match Room, Crown Points, wallet, and competitive operation records.

Submitted proof

Screenshots, videos, URLs, Mission proof files, dispute evidence, match media, and notes.

Behavior history

Prior abuse reports, moderation sanctions, repeated false claims, or pattern-based manipulation.

Operator context

Game rules, tournament rules, lobby state, scoring records, team authority, and dispute notes.

Possible outcomes

Outcomes depend on evidence, severity, history, and platform impact. DeltaCrown avoids promising a rigid penalty ladder because reviews need context.

  • Warning, education, or no action when evidence is insufficient.
  • Content removal, proof rejection, claim rejection, match adjustment, or result reversal.
  • Temporary or permanent restrictions on account, team, Match Room, competitive mode, or wallet activity.
  • Escalation to admin/operator review for sensitive settlement, reward, dispute, or safety decisions.

Review requests and appeals

If you believe a moderation or review decision is wrong, contact support with the original decision, relevant IDs, and new evidence or a clear explanation. Repeated abusive appeals, threats, or fabricated evidence may lead to further restrictions.

Community expectations

DeltaCrown is built for serious competitive growth. Players, teams, organizers, and partners should compete honestly, document issues clearly, respect others, protect account security, and use proof/dispute systems in good faith.
