Plain-language summary
DeltaCrown collects the data needed to run an esports platform: accounts, profiles, team membership, tournament entries, Match Room activity, wallet records, proof uploads, disputes, moderation, support messages, and technical logs. We do not claim third-party certifications or legal compliance programs that have not been verified in the codebase.

2. How we use data
- To create accounts, authenticate users, keep sessions secure, and apply user preferences.
- To operate profiles, Game Passports, teams, organizations, tournaments, Match Rooms, Team HQ, and competitive modes.
- To calculate rankings, Crown Points, match records, team activity, and competitive history.
- To maintain wallet records, DeltaCoin transactions, entry fees, refunds, escrow, rewards, and settlement review.
- To review proof, disputes, abuse reports, moderation issues, support requests, and operator queues.
- To prevent cheating, fraud, spam, account abuse, wallet abuse, and unsafe conduct.
- To diagnose errors, improve platform performance, and understand aggregate product usage.
3. Public and internal visibility
Some information is public by design, such as public profiles, team pages, rosters, tournament standings, match results, Crown Points, achievements, and public team media. Other information is limited to the account owner, team roles, related participants, staff, or operators depending on the feature.
Proof files, dispute evidence, Match Room media, wallet records, support messages, and moderation records may be restricted and reviewed by authorized staff or related participants where the product flow allows it.
5. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve competitive records, maintain wallet and ledger history, resolve disputes, handle moderation, support legal or operational needs, and protect platform integrity. Some records may remain after account changes because tournaments, teams, rankings, wallet ledgers, proofs, and moderation histories can affect other users or platform integrity.
6. Security
DeltaCrown uses platform controls such as authentication, CSRF protection, permission checks, role checks, admin access controls, protected proof routes, and review workflows. No online service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or data is at risk, contact support promptly.
7. Your choices
