1. Core Principles

DeltaCrown is built for structured, skill-based competitive gaming. Every player, team, organizer, and operator is expected to protect fair competition, accurate records, respectful conduct, and honest proof submission.

Compete honestly

No cheating, exploit abuse, manipulation, or false proof.

Respect people

No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.

Use systems properly

Do not exploit teams, wallets, Match Rooms, proofs, or review flows.

2. Account and Identity Integrity

  • Use one accurate account identity and keep your login secure.
  • Do not share, sell, transfer, boost, impersonate, or misrepresent accounts.
  • Keep Game Passport and in-game identity information accurate when required for competition.
  • Do not create alternate accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate rankings, enter duplicate teams, or bypass sanctions.

3. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

Cheating includes any unauthorized software, hardware manipulation, game exploit abuse, account boosting, ghosting, stream sniping where prohibited, unauthorized coaching, or any action that gives an unfair advantage.

Confirmed cheating, proof fraud, or match manipulation can lead to match reversal, forfeiture, reward reversal, wallet action, account restrictions, team restrictions, or removal from the platform depending on severity and evidence.

4. Conduct and Community Safety

Players and teams must communicate respectfully across DeltaCrown pages, Match Rooms, Team HQ, support forms, proof notes, and connected community spaces.

Expected

  • Respond to officials clearly.
  • Respect opponents and teammates.
  • Raise issues with evidence.
  • Accept operator decisions unless an appeal path is available.

Prohibited

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory abuse.
  • Doxxing or sharing private information.
  • Spam, scams, impersonation, or external promotion abuse.
  • Retaliation against reporters, opponents, staff, or reviewers.

5. Tournaments, Match Rooms, and Competitive Modes

Follow the rules shown on the relevant tournament, Match Room, Showdown, Mission, Bounty, or Dropzone surface. Game-specific settings, lobby details, roster rules, proof requirements, and deadlines may vary by event or mode.

Tournaments and Match Rooms

Show up with the correct roster, follow check-in and lobby instructions, submit accurate results, and preserve match evidence when requested.

Showdown, Bounty, and Dropzone

Do not manipulate opponents, claims, lobby access, scoring, room credentials, or review outcomes.

Missions

Submit only your own valid proof. Fabricated screenshots, reused proof, edited evidence, or misleading links may be rejected and escalated.

Operator instructions

When an operator asks for clarification, proof, or account/team details, respond accurately and within the active review flow when possible.

6. Team and Organization Abuse

  • Do not create teams or organizations to impersonate brands, mislead players, or evade enforcement.
  • Team owners and managers must not abuse roster roles, invite links, recruitment, tryout offers, or member permissions.
  • Team HQ scrims, tryouts, practice, and VOD review are operational workflows; do not use them for harassment, false recruitment, or reward manipulation.
  • Public team media, sponsors, milestones, and profile content must be accurate and respectful.

7. Wallet, DeltaCoin, and Reward Integrity

DeltaCoin is a closed-loop platform utility and reward currency. Users must not exploit wallet flows, payment proofs, refunds, entry fees, reward claims, settlement flows, or operator review paths.

  • Submit accurate payment or wallet information where required.
  • Do not attempt charge abuse, duplicate claims, fake proof, unauthorized transfers, or reward reversal abuse.
  • Wallet or settlement actions may be reviewed, delayed, reversed, or escalated when suspicious activity is detected.

8. Proofs, Reviews, and Disputes

Proof and dispute systems exist to protect competitive records. Submit complete, relevant, and truthful evidence: screenshots, video links, match IDs, usernames, timestamps, lobby details, and short explanations.

Review standards

Operators may compare submitted evidence with platform records, Match Room activity, proof uploads, dispute notes, team roles, wallet activity, and moderation history. Incomplete or unclear proof may be rejected or require more information.

9. Moderation and Operator Authority

DeltaCrown operators and moderators may take action to protect players, teams, event integrity, and wallet/reward systems. Actions may include warnings, content removal, proof rejection, match or reward adjustment, dispute resolution, roster/team restrictions, wallet review, account restrictions, or platform removal.

Where an appeal or review path is available, provide new evidence or explain the error clearly. Repeated abusive appeals, threats, or false reports can result in further action.
