DeltaCrown Platform User Agreement
Important Notice
By accessing or using the DeltaCrown platform (website, mobile applications, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DeltaCrown. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
DeltaCrown is an esports tournament platform that enables players to participate in competitive gaming tournaments, manage teams, track rankings, and win prizes. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Tournament organization and management systems
- Team creation, management, and roster systems
- Global and regional leaderboard rankings
- Payment processing for tournament fees and prize distribution
- DeltaCoin virtual currency system for platform economy
- Community features, messaging, and social interactions
2. Account Registration and Requirements
2.1 Account Creation
To use DeltaCrown services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including:
- Valid email address
- Username (subject to availability and content policies)
- Password meeting our security requirements
- Date of birth for age verification
- Country of residence
2.2 Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13-18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities conducted through your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Not sharing your account with others
- Using secure passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available
2.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts (smurf accounts) to evade restrictions, manipulate rankings, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts.
3. Acceptable Use and Conduct
By using DeltaCrown, you agree not to:

- • Post hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- • Share sexually explicit or violent material
- • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- • Distribute spam or unsolicited advertisements
- • Share personal information of others (doxxing)
Prohibited Actions
- • Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized software
- • Manipulate tournaments or rankings
- • Engage in match fixing or collusion
- • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- • Circumvent payment systems or fees
4. Tournament Participation
By participating in tournaments hosted on DeltaCrown, you agree to:
- • Comply with all game-specific rules and tournament regulations
- • Pay required entry fees before the registration deadline
- • Check in at the specified time before tournament commencement
- • Accept decisions made by tournament administrators and moderators
- • Provide accurate in-game identification for match verification
Entry Fees and Refunds
Tournament entry fees are non-refundable except in cases where DeltaCrown cancels a tournament. In the event of cancellation by DeltaCrown, full refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method or as DeltaCoin credit at your discretion.
5. Payments and Prize Distribution
5.1 Payment Methods
DeltaCrown accepts the following payment methods:
- bKash (Bangladesh)
- Nagad (Bangladesh)
- Rocket (Bangladesh)
- Bank transfers (selected banks)
- DeltaCoin (platform virtual currency)
5.2 Prize Claims
Prize winners must:
- Claim prizes within 30 days of tournament conclusion
- Provide valid identity verification documents
- Submit accurate payment information
- Complete any required tax documentation
Unclaimed prizes after 30 days will be forfeited. Prize distribution typically occurs within 7-14 business days after verification.
5.3 Taxes
Prize winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to prize winnings in their jurisdiction. DeltaCrown may withhold portions of prizes for tax reporting as required by Bangladesh law or international regulations. Winners may be required to complete tax forms (such as W-9, W-8BEN, or Bangladesh tax documents) before prize distribution.
5.4 DeltaCoin
DeltaCoin is DeltaCrown's virtual currency that can be earned through platform activities and used for tournament entry fees and platform services. Important terms:
- DeltaCoin has no real-world monetary value
- DeltaCoin cannot be exchanged for cash
- DeltaCoin is non-transferable between accounts
- DeltaCrown reserves the right to adjust DeltaCoin value and redemption rates
- DeltaCoin balance may expire due to account inactivity (180+ days)
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Content
All content on the DeltaCrown platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and design elements, are the property of DeltaCrown or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6.2 User-Generated Content
When you upload, post, or submit content to DeltaCrown (including team logos, profile information, messages, and media), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Account Termination
DeltaCrown reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- • Violation of these Terms of Service
- • Cheating, hacking, or unfair play
- • Payment fraud or chargebacks
- • Harassment or toxic behavior
- • Prolonged account inactivity (12+ months)
Upon termination, you lose access to your account, accumulated DeltaCoin, rankings, and any pending tournament participations. Paid entry fees for future tournaments may be refunded at DeltaCrown's discretion. Earned prizes that have not been claimed may be forfeited.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
DeltaCrown services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability.
8.2 Third-Party Games
DeltaCrown hosts tournaments for games owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for game servers, game updates, or technical issues related to third-party games. Tournament disruptions caused by game publisher actions are beyond our control.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeltaCrown and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Disputes between users
- Technical failures or data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DeltaCrown in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DeltaCrown shall be resolved through:
- 1. Good Faith Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication.
- 2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- 3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding arbitration under Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001.
10. Changes to These Terms
DeltaCrown reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through:
- • Email notification to your registered address
- • Platform announcements and banners
- • Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this page
Continued use of DeltaCrown after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
