1. Service overview

DeltaCrown is a connected competitive gaming platform for tournaments, teams and organizations, player profiles, Game Passport identity, Crown Points rankings, DeltaCoin wallet records, competitive modes, Team HQ workflows, proof review, disputes, moderation, and operator/admin tools.

Some features are active foundations and some are still evolving. Availability may vary by game, event, team, user role, region, or operator configuration.

2. Accounts, eligibility, and profiles

• You are responsible for accurate account information and account security.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, impersonate, boost, or use accounts to evade restrictions.
• Profile, Game Passport, linked game identity, social, roster, and public activity information may be visible according to platform settings and privacy controls.
• DeltaCrown may restrict accounts involved in cheating, abuse, fraud, repeated false reports, unsafe conduct, or platform misuse.

3. Teams, organizations, and roles

Teams and organizations are persistent platform entities. Owners, managers, captains, staff, players, and applicants may have different permissions for rosters, recruitment, Team HQ, tournament registration, competitive modes, public pages, media, and settings.

Team owners and authorized managers are responsible for roster accuracy, invitation use, recruitment conduct, ownership transfers, public branding, and Team HQ activity. DeltaCrown may intervene in impersonation, abuse, fraud, unsafe conduct, or ownership disputes where platform integrity is affected.

4. Tournaments, Match Rooms, and competitive modes

Tournaments, Match Rooms, Showdown, Missions, Bounty, and Dropzone may include registration rules, entry fees, team authority checks, proof requirements, scoring, result submission, review, dispute handling, and operator settlement flows.

• Follow the rules shown on each event or competitive mode surface.
• Submit truthful results and proof. Do not manipulate matches, lobbies, credentials, scoring, claims, or review outcomes.
• Operator decisions may adjust results, claims, rewards, standings, entries, or access where evidence supports action.

5. Wallet, DeltaCoin, rewards, refunds, and settlement

DeltaCoin is a closed-loop platform utility and reward currency used inside DeltaCrown for eligible entries, rewards, wallet records, platform services, and related features. DeltaCoin is not presented as an investment, crypto asset, security, bank deposit, or external financial product.

Wallet records, entry fees, refunds, rewards, platform holds, settlement, top-ups, withdrawals, and payout helpers may be reviewed by operators. Suspicious, duplicate, mistaken, or abusive activity may be delayed, reversed, restricted, or escalated.

6. User content, media, and proof uploads

You may submit profile content, team content, messages, proof files, screenshots, video links, dispute notes, support messages, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but grant DeltaCrown permission to host, display, process, review, moderate, and use it as needed to operate the platform.

Do not upload illegal, abusive, misleading, private, infringing, harmful, or fabricated content. Proof uploads may be restricted, removed, rejected, or used in dispute/moderation review.

7. Disputes, moderation, and operator review

DeltaCrown may review evidence, Match Room records, Mission proof, Bounty claims, Dropzone scoring, wallet records, team roles, account history, abuse reports, and moderation records when deciding disputes or safety issues.

Possible actions include warnings, content removal, proof rejection, match adjustment, reward adjustment, wallet review, account restriction, team restriction, or platform removal. Where a review or appeal path is available, provide new evidence and clear context.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit, manipulate, harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, dox, or abuse platform systems.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, automated abuse, security testing without permission, payment manipulation, or wallet/reward exploitation.
• Do not use DeltaCrown for illegal activity or activity that harms players, teams, organizers, partners, staff, or platform integrity.

9. Availability, changes, and limitations

DeltaCrown is an active product and may change features, rules, rewards, access, designs, APIs, and workflows over time. We work to keep the platform reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific competitive outcomes, specific response times, or guaranteed rewards except as expressly confirmed in the applicable event or operator decision.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, DeltaCrown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
