Getting Started

What is DeltaCrown?

DeltaCrown is a connected competitive gaming platform for tournaments, teams, player identity, rankings, wallet records, competitive modes, Team HQ workflows, proof review, and structured operations.

Do I need an account?

You can browse some public pages without an account. Joining tournaments, managing teams, using the wallet, submitting proofs, and entering competitive modes require a DeltaCrown account.

Tournaments

How do tournaments work?

Tournament pages handle discovery, registration, eligibility, schedules, Match Rooms, check-in, result submission, standings, rules, and disputes where enabled.

What should I include when reporting a tournament issue?

Include the tournament name, Match Room link or match ID, team/player names, screenshots or proof links, and a short timeline of what happened.

Teams & Organizations

What can teams manage?

Teams can manage public identity, rosters, roles, recruitment, join requests, tryouts, scrims, practice, VOD review, social links, milestones, sponsors, media, and competitive settings where available.

Wallet & DeltaCoin

What is DeltaCoin?

DeltaCoin is a closed-loop platform utility and reward currency used inside DeltaCrown for eligible entries, rewards, wallet records, and platform services. It is not described as an investment or external financial asset.

Crown Points & Rankings

What are Crown Points?

Crown Points are DeltaCrown's public progression language for teams and competitive history. Ranking systems are tied to verified competitive activity and continue to evolve across games and seasons.

Competitive Modes and Missions

What is Showdown?

Showdown is the public name for head-to-head competitive reward matches with team authority, result handling, proof, and operator review paths.

What are Missions?

Missions are solo skill goals or reward tasks. Some require URL or image proof and manual review before any operator-controlled completion or reward action.

What is Bounty?

Bounty is an open skill-based challenge format with claim submission and review workflows.

What is Dropzone?

Dropzone supports battle royale lobby entries, room credential timing, scoring, and operator settlement/review flows.

Proofs, Reviews, and Disputes

How should I submit proof?

Use the proof or result flow shown in the relevant Match Room, Mission, or competitive detail page. Clear screenshots, video links, match IDs, and timestamps help operators review faster.

Team HQ, Tryouts, and Scrims

Are scrims and practice reward modes?

No. Scrims, tryouts, practice, and VOD review are Team HQ operating workflows by default. They help teams schedule, evaluate, and improve.

Support & Safety

How do I report abuse or a dispute?

Use the contact page or the relevant in-product dispute/report flow. Include usernames, team names, match or proof references, screenshots, and a concise description.

Need human support?

Send the relevant tournament, team, wallet, proof, or account details so the team can route it correctly.
