Tournament Rules & Guidelines

Official rules governing all DeltaCrown tournaments and competitions

1. Eligibility Requirements

General Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 13 years old to participate in DeltaCrown tournaments
  • Players under 18 must have parental consent to participate
  • All players must have a valid DeltaCrown account in good standing
  • Players must not be subject to any active bans or suspensions
  • Participants agree to provide accurate information during registration

Regional Restrictions

While DeltaCrown primarily serves Bangladesh and emerging markets, certain tournaments may have regional restrictions based on:

  • Game server availability and latency requirements
  • Legal compliance with local gaming regulations
  • Payment method availability for prize distribution
  • Age verification requirements in specific jurisdictions

2. Tournament Registration

Registration Process

    Create or Join a Team: For team tournaments, assemble your roster ensuring all members meet eligibility requirements. Solo tournaments require individual registration only.

    Pay Entry Fee: Complete payment through accepted methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or DeltaCoin). Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by DeltaCrown.

    Confirm Registration: Verify all team member details, in-game IDs, and contact information before the registration deadline. Changes after deadline require administrator approval.

    Check-in Requirement: All registered participants must check in 30 minutes before tournament start time. Failure to check in results in disqualification.
Important Registration Notes:
  • • Registration closes 24 hours before tournament start or when slots are filled
  • • Substitute players must be registered before tournament begins
  • • Each player can only register for one team per tournament
  • • False information during registration may result in permanent ban

3. Code of Conduct

Expected Behavior

All participants must adhere to professional standards of conduct:

  • • Treat all players, staff, and spectators with respect
  • • Communicate professionally in all platforms
  • • Report violations or technical issues promptly
  • • Follow match schedules and respond to officials
  • • Accept decisions made by tournament administrators

  • • Use offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
  • • Harass, threaten, or bully other participants
  • • Share personal information of other players
  • • Spam, advertise, or promote external services
  • • Attempt to manipulate or exploit tournament systems

4. Gameplay Rules

General Match Rules

  • Match Format: All matches follow the format specified in tournament details (Bo1, Bo3, Bo5, etc.)
  • Server Selection: Matches are played on specified servers. Ping disputes must be raised before match starts.
  • Technical Pauses: Teams may request one technical pause per map (maximum 5 minutes). Abuse results in forfeit.
  • Disconnections: Players have 5 minutes to reconnect. Repeated disconnections may result in match forfeit.
  • Match Recording: All tournament matches must allow spectators and may be recorded for verification purposes.

Game-Specific Rules

Each game title has specific rules regarding:

  • Allowed/banned characters, weapons, or items
  • Map pool and selection process
  • Exploit and bug usage prohibitions
  • Third-party software restrictions

5. Anti-Cheat Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy

DeltaCrown maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair advantage. We employ advanced detection systems and manual review processes to ensure competitive integrity.

Prohibited Activities

Cheating Software:

Using aimbots, wallhacks, ESPs, triggerb ots, or any unauthorized third-party software that provides competitive advantages.

Match Fixing:

Deliberately losing, colluding with opponents, or manipulating match outcomes for personal gain or to influence betting.

Account Sharing:

Allowing another player to compete using your account or using someone else's account during tournaments.

Smurfing:

Using secondary accounts to compete below your skill level or evade bans and restrictions.

Exploits & Bugs:

Intentionally exploiting game bugs, glitches, or map exploits to gain unfair advantages.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you suspect cheating or rule violations:

  1. 1. Collect evidence (screenshots, video recordings, match IDs)
  2. 2. Submit a report through the support system or email deltacrownhq@gmail.com
  3. 3. Do not publicly accuse players without conclusive evidence
  4. 4. Allow our moderation team to investigate and take appropriate action

All reports are treated confidentially. False accusations made in bad faith may result in penalties.

6. Dispute Resolution

Filing a Dispute

Disputes must be filed within 30 minutes of match completion. Include:

  • Match ID and tournament details
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, videos, timestamps)
  • Contact information for follow-up

Resolution Process

Initial Review:

Tournament administrators review the dispute and all provided evidence within 24 hours.

Investigation:

Additional information may be requested from involved parties. Match replays and server logs are analyzed.

Decision:

Administrators issue a final decision based on evidence and rules. All parties are notified via email.

Appeal (if applicable):

Appeals may be submitted within 48 hours with new evidence. Senior administrators make final ruling.

Important Notice:

Administrator decisions are considered final. DeltaCrown reserves the right to modify match results, award penalties, or take corrective action as necessary to maintain tournament integrity.

7. Prize Distribution

Prize Pool & Distribution

  • Prize pools are distributed according to tournament-specific payout structures
  • Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of tournament conclusion
  • Payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or DeltaCoin credits
  • Winners must provide valid payment information and identity verification
  • Prize distribution typically occurs within 7-14 business days after verification

Tax & Legal Considerations

Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees in their jurisdiction. DeltaCrown may be required to report earnings to tax authorities in accordance with local laws. Winners may need to provide tax identification numbers or complete additional documentation for prizes exceeding certain thresholds as defined by Bangladesh law.

Prize Forfeiture

Prizes may be forfeited or withheld if:

  • Cheating or rule violations are discovered during post-tournament review
  • Winner fails to provide required documentation within specified timeframe
  • Winner is found to have provided false information during registration
  • Winner's account is banned or suspended for policy violations
  • Winner is unreachable or does not respond to prize claim communications

8. Violations & Penalties

Penalty Structure

DeltaCrown employs a tiered penalty system based on violation severity and frequency. Penalties are cumulative and may escalate with repeated offenses.

⚡ Minor Violations

Warning → 7-day ban

Unsportsmanlike conduct, minor toxicity, spam, late check-in

🔴 Major Violations

14-30 day ban

Harassment, hate speech, intentional game disruption, repeated minor violations

🚫 Severe Violations

PERMANENT BAN

Cheating, match fixing, account selling, doxxing, threats, circumventing bans

Ban Appeal Process

Players may appeal bans under the following conditions:

  • Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of ban notification
  • New evidence or extenuating circumstances must be presented
  • Permanent bans for cheating are typically non-appealable
  • Appeal decisions by senior moderation team are final
